Welcome to MoGuan (moguanpdf.com, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms may change from time to time; the latest version on the site governs.
1. The Service
MoGuan provides a set of PDF tools. The vast majority of tools (compress, merge, split, rotate, delete pages, watermark, encrypt, crop, to image / Word, OCR, and more) run 100% locally in your browser, and your files are never uploaded to our servers or any third party. A few AI tools (summary / translation / Q&A / to Markdown, plus PDF → Word's optional AI re-flow mode) send only the plain text extracted from your file to a third-party AI provider (DeepSeek) for processing. 2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to: processing content you have no right to process; infringing others' intellectual property or privacy; uploading malicious code; circumventing or interfering with rate-limiting and security mechanisms; automated bulk scraping or attacks; and any conduct that could harm the Service or its users. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions (such as MoGuan Pro) are processed through the third-party platform LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record — collecting payment and remitting applicable taxes on our behalf. Your card and payment details are handled by LemonSqueezy; this site never touches or stores them. Subscriptions renew automatically each period. You may cancel at any time; after cancellation, access continues until the end of the current period and does not renew. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
The files you process through the Service and their contents belong to you or their respective rights holders; the Service claims no rights over them. MoGuan's brand, interface, copy, and software code belong to the Service's operator and may not be copied, adapted, or used commercially without permission.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of processing results, AI output, or OCR recognition — please verify results before relying on them.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service's operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss or lost profits) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
