This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions of MoGuan (moguanpdf.com). This policy may change; the latest version on the site governs.
1. About Subscriptions
MoGuan Pro is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) that renews automatically until you cancel. Subscriptions and billing are processed through the third-party platform LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record — collecting payment, remitting taxes, and handling refunds on our behalf.
2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
Within 14 days of your first subscription payment, you may request a full refund, no reason required. We or LemonSqueezy will return the amount to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
3. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current paid period, after which you will not be charged again and your account reverts to the free tier. Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund.
4. Used Periods Are Generally Non-Refundable
Apart from the 14-day guarantee above, subscription periods that have already begun or been used are generally non-refundable. We still handle every refund request reasonably and in good faith — for special cases such as duplicate charges or technical faults, please contact us so we can verify and resolve them.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@moguanpdf.com with your subscription email and the date of payment. You may also initiate a refund request directly through your LemonSqueezy receipt or the channels in your confirmation email.
